Option 1: Site Widget

Utilize our site widget which can be customized to fit your web site. The widget short form collects client's debt amount, zip code, name, email and phone number. Our system will match the client with one of our debt relief partners based on the data provided, average sign up rate stats and hours of operation. The client data is sent to our debt relief partner and a response page with our IVR phone number is presented to the client. We introduce the client to the name of the company the client has been matched to and the client is encouraged to call in to our IVR number. The IVR queries our system and immediately tracks the call and connects to the partner. If the client doesn't immediately call in, the partner will call client phone number as soon as possible and typically within minutes.

Option 2: Dedicated Number into an IVR; Banners, Billboards, Car Magnets or Print Ads

Ad Targetting (Option 2)

If you are advertising on digital, print or other medium, we can provide a DID which connects clients to our IVR. The IVR walks the client through a series of questions to obtain the client zip code, qualifying debt amount and phone number. This data is sent to our debt relief partner and the client is then immediately transferred to the partner's call center. If the call takes place after hours, the client data is sent to the partner and a text message is sent to the client through a double opt-in process that provides our IVR number and debt relief partner information.

Option 3: For Call Centers, a dedicated number to our IVR & API

Call Center Solution (Option 3)

Our call center solution provides an API whereby our affiliates can post the client zip code, qualifying debt amount and phone number. The call center can then transfer the call directly to our IVR which identifies the client and connects them to our most qualified debt partner based on provided information. If the call takes place after hours, the client data is sent to the partner and a text message is sent to the client through a double opt-in process that provides our IVR number, contact information and business hours.

Option 4: Banners and links tracked to short form

Short Form (Option 4)

Banners and links can also be tracked through unique links that go to our web site short form. Our site form collects client debt amount, zip code, name, email and phone number. The client provided data is matched to one of our debt relief partners based on state of licensure, sign up rate and availability. The data is sent to our partner and a response page with our IVR phone number is presented to the client. We introduce the name of the company the client has been matched to and the client is encouraged to call in to our IVR number. The IVR queries our system and tracks the call and connects to the partner. If the client doesn't immediately call in the partner will call clients phone number as soon as possible, typically within minutes.
